1.Product Introduction
Scotch yoke actuators primarily automate valve operations. They convert linear motion into rotational motion efficiently. The basic scotch yoke mechanism consists of a sliding block that moves within a fixed yoke. This interaction between the sliding block and the yoke is crucial for the actuator’s operation. As the piston moves, it pushes the sliding block along the yoke, creating a rotational movement. This design allows for smooth and controlled actuation.
