JHD2E0410YS High torque scotch yoke actuators have flexible modular combination design, pneumatic module, hydraulic module, and manual module can be selected and replaced according to the site conditions. There are single-acting and double-acting forms of action, applicable for butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, etc. to do 90° angle stroke valve control.
1.Product Introduction
Scotch yoke actuators primarily automate valve operations. They convert linear motion into rotational motion efficiently. The basic scotch yoke mechanism consists of a sliding block that moves within a fixed yoke. This interaction between the sliding block and the yoke is crucial for the actuator’s operation. As the piston moves, it pushes the sliding block along the yoke, creating a rotational movement. This design allows for smooth and controlled actuation.
